Where can we report them ? And can anyone explain why they’ve been doing this for years and don’t get caught ?

Post the links or info you have here and I'll add it to the main post. Once I see what links you have, I can give you specific reporting instructions (e.g. Facebook, Craigslist, etc). I would guess because law enforcement has had their hands full with more serious crimes and budgets are always shrinking.
