Jtag HELP???

Ive just got a laptop with a parallel port on it so i can use my jtag as my pc doesnt hjave a parallel port on, anyway ive got the laptop my question is Will "Jtag utility" work on windows 2000, or should i put xp on it?

if your up for a crappy laptop with a parallel port showdown heres my specs

233mhz
64mb ram
8gb hdd
2mb gfx

loading it up takes about forever and when stating toms jtag you can make a brew when it loads
but once itoms jtag is loaded its the exact same speed as any other parallel jtag (which in it's self is a god awful long time)

well i win on the specs front mine is a p3 700Mhx with 512 Mg ram and 15 gig hdd, it takes ages to load but once its loaded its not too bad on win2k
