not receiving steady green light on "send"

just updated to rev 39 and i was able to keep connection for a matter of 5 minutes then immediately back to blinking green light on "send". my question is why?... what could be the issue. if you need any information regarding the modem just let me know.

spoof ,download your config and open in vultreware
