If I were you I would try to do some work by my own and then once I cannot go any further share the outcome and ask for help. I think somebody out there can at least advice you at that point, but if you just ask you wont find anything neither here nor on usbjtag or anywhere else.

Do not think that I'm lazy, working on the days and nights, I used connections with dpc3010 and 3.3volt instead of seeking the SPI, I found on another link, on jtag nt I use XML CPU3010. Has not yet won, jtag not read chip, maybe someone know where I make mistake. This is hobby make me challenge, sorry for my english

What kind of chips you have on this modem ?????
Can you post a picture of the board of this modem????
Maybee someone will point you at right direction if u do.

Capone down there might give you good advice, ask usbdm directly. He even offer help on IRC.

Give us at leat what kind of main processor it have, and what kind of memory chip u got there.

U do not have to break the open door, but if u give us right info, then some peps will give you answer right away.

And do not solder anything to this small caps and resistors , you gonna blow them right away. The further, the better.
