TWC config file

I was wondering if anyone has or can pull a 50 meg or 100 meg cfg file for TWC for me. I'm testing some things out, and my area is still in the stone ages. Any help would be appreciated (I can't seem to locate one).

Anyone have the 50meg down file for an sb5100? I'm in the Wisconsin area and currently have the 17meg speed file. Any help or pointers are apriciated
