I am trying to use fastcert but i get nothing.
I am using cox in Connecticut my config file is 122001_vm2.0_d

my fastcert setting is

scanning for certs is dead mate .. you need to pull em

I try port 161 162 try everything.
modem contacted to computer with out router.

manually dump them with physical access to the device

Ok now I manually dump them with physical access to modem.
Now how can i get more speed?
I only get 5mb down and 1mb up.

I can still get certs using FastCert. Only using 161 and I only get SB5100 results, nothing else.
