need help with sb5100

Hi, im from dominican republic i have a problem with my sb5100 the light SEND flashes and just do that, please let me know what i can do to fish that ( the modem was working like 4 days ago) please help me with that im new in this things but i can do anything because i know a little of haxoware please.!!

are u reffering to 5100 or 5101 ?????????

yes, sb5101 = haxorw _method: loading modem to virgin (stock modem);
let "provisioning" screen happen, then "provision myself" (as mandrake said)
