Cant get onto haxoware page

I was having trouble with modem connection (ambit 256)

so i did this
Go to Start > Run > type in: cmd
In the command box type im: ipconfig /release
then: ipconfig /renew
then: ipconfig /all - see if your ip address has returned to its original format (ie. 192.168.x.x)

Now i can connect sub modem still fine, but modded modem wont allow me on to haxoware 192.168.100.1 site. Any help much appreciated.
