Since this is Off Topic section: I thought I would let
fellow members know, that on the Side I repair above
mention Tvs. If you ever have a problem, I can maybe
help you figure out what is wrong with it. Most units
go out due to Bad Power Supply Boards. I am not
here to get business, all I will do give you possible
answer to your problem. Most repairs people can do
themselves.

good for you, easy money for anybody who can hold a soldering iron
that makes me sound like a sarcastic ass, not my intention in the past 2 years six tv's i have been given all simple cap replacement to get them going again (as long as it's not the panel it worth taking apart)

Not really that expensive, but not that cheap. Just watch the temperature and never go above 230 C on the chip surface.
I'm doing it with a decent digital hot air soldering gun and a preheat station, separate factory units. It can be done and you can make your own setup too, just if you are any inventive.

I do a LOT of BGA reflowing, reballing and replacement on laptops and other logic boards..
Lots of fun. I use dark IR to work with as it dont damage the components on the board.
