I also have FIOS Extreme, this is my DPC-3000 with 4 channels bonded on the DS and 2 bonder up. By the way, CC only offers 2 bonded DS channels..I managed to "test" a way to get 4 bonded..

When I have the router back on, it is only 150 down and 50 up..but the router isnt healthy, so Verizon is sending one via UPS..

FIOS Extreme is 150 down and 50 up..and Yes, the router is being swapped out as its only a 100base-T port. Extreme uses GigaBit ports..thus the bottle neck

is it possible bypass CM Certificate Authentication checking during modem initialization?

Not if the CMTS requests it from the modem...maybe something else could be done...
But to answer your question, No

if network use Docsis 1.1 standard, what are possibilities to connect own modem, what options should be modified in firmware?

The Firmware doesnt hold the upper hand, The CMTS does ...What works isnt posted and isnt shared anymore. There are ways, but they are kept silent..
DOCSIS or BPI 1.1 What do you mean? Rajko identified BPI 1.0 and 1.1 with the "mistake of the word "DOCSIS"...It shud be compliancy. There is BPI 1.0, BPI 1.1 Thats it DOCSIS 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1 (coming)
