so im confused as to what to do.. im getting under 1 mbps about 0.94 mpbs its like capped or something. can someone help? i dont even know where to upload certs or cfg files or what the hell to what!! i mean it saids operational i just dont know crap.. someone help!! tell me where or what to do thanks

if you don't know this you should not be using a modem

I'm using a sb5101 on twc I actually got it to work before trying to clone it and I mixed some files around Nd got up to 30 Mbp but then I tried doing the same thing for another modem for my friends house and ended up messing up both modems cause I didn't know what I did to get it to work in the first place. Am I suppose to upload the files at haxorware configurations? Or auto serve config I mean I have a couple cfg files and the 50 bin file but don't kno how it's placed
