Yet another reason to loathe your ISP in North America. A measly 3%..

After I get everything all set up, I'm only paying for the economy package thereafter. If more average consumers read those articles, they'd be less aggressive towards cable modem hackers. "Dur, bunch of no-good thieves!".. if they only understood...
