in the area where im north east i was told we can not enforce config file and the bpi+ in my modem was always disabled.

what is your done M8??? THIS WAY IM IN SAME PAGE
is this security mesure applied by some provider or all provider . if i subscribe with different provider and reset my modem to that provider will my modem work?
can i fix this getting mac and cert from a different legit modem not in my nodes.? if so what to look for in that modem ? thanx guys .
