so bootloader is locked so i guess you'll have to jtag it (you could try changing the bootloader via jtag tho this may not work)

also you can try to glitch the bootloader like radiotubes does here on a Thompson http://www.haxorware.com/forums/thread-1135.html, basicly bootloader access is blocked by a setting in thew nonvol so you touch 2 of the flash pins when the nonvol is being read

i suggest you do all this with a jtag backup

thats what im gonna do i think its the best way..
