It will only get worse, as you have seen the repetitive questions, especially within the California region, as TWC has only recently upgraded their networks. What is the point of answering a question, when they don't actually know how to physically proceed with the instructions?
With the amount of time you spend answering these idiots, just make the FAQ section, so that we can direct them to it. Afterwards, if they continue to ask questions that have been answered in the FAQ....I say just ban them from the forum.
