Hi,
First I have subscription. Got this modem so I don't have to pay for lease of their modem and bonus of working w/modem speeds. anyway, I can't get on the internet due to I don't have the certs. I have the arris from cc now. how do i get those certs?
when I do have new modem connected cc online set up pops up. can i do that and not have problems from cc due to the haxoware on modem?
