When you say valid certs how do I get them off the subbed modem I don’t fancy lifting atmels ?
most things are allowed only things i ban for are spam, theft of service, mac trading and pissing me off(the only thing that pisses me off are the first 3 and total idiocy)

generic possible but not recommended as you have to use a mac from a modem without certs and these are rare and being taken off the network (soon the only people using those modems will be cloners and stick out like a sore thumb)

best bet is get some certs from a subbed modem on a different node, how you do this all depends on the modem, if it's a 5101 just dump the modem via jtag, newer ambits dump via spi and webby's can be done a number off different ways

most uk sites went underground when the last big security hit, the info is out there it's just old and a bit out of date
