what i'd do (no idea if this is worth doing or not) is a trace route to rr.com (quick test i may be right)
sorry about linux i'm at work but you can see where i hit the rr network 7 nyc20.tbone.rr.com
if you trace route from home you should always have the same start point on the network
i'm guessing on a different node you'll have a different start point
