First install The program net-snmp-5.4.2.1.win32
SET UP TCP/IP:
192.168.100.10
255.255.255.0
192.168.100.1
download tftpd32 standard edition (zip), extract and run tftp32.exe
click browse and select the folder with the haxorware.bin
run the dpc2100r2.bat
