If all these people aren't hiding what they're doing and are flat out selling hot boxes all over facebook groups and craigslist WITH their contact info . . . Why don't the ISPs go after em?

That’s a good question. I can’t speak to all of it, but legal proceedings go slowly, especially post 9/11 where more resources are dedicated to ‘terrorism’ and even still more serious crime. 

There’s an on going case with one of the eBay sellers, pro e vision, who may or may not be cooperating with LEO. I’m waiting to post that info, have held back at the request of some entities for the time being.

I can’t say, but it would be nice if they were simply working their way up the theft of service ring to whoever the leaders are and then closing them all at once. Haven’t seen a big case since der angel was prosecuted.
