copy the hfc mac from your subbed modem and enter it in the address page of haxor reboot (you could also enter the downstream frequency but haxor can find it on its own)
after the reboot if it does not go online have a look at the event log why (yes it's cryptic but a search of the error code should help, most likley bpi)
