It is a BGA package. You're likely going to have to desolder the chip to access it.
Since I found the pinout there is no need to desolder, otherwise yes, to trace the pinout.
The soldering is small, so I have to be very carefull, you could brake the modem easily.
You should post the pinout. The more available information, the better the community will be!
