Kinda pointless as the media itself is all but garbage. I habe a few DVD's I burned that sat in a case for years and the data is now corrupted...shit manufacturing I assume.
I opened up a brand new sealed Sony branded CD-R a few years ago, and the silver was all cracked, like it had shattered. Internally, the plastic disk was fine, but it could not be used.
That was just out of line. We bought those things to store data, and they self destruct in storage!
