Sb5101 ethernet port problem

all is ok , i connected it to my mirkotik RB751 2nHD and fixed the etherned port at 10 mbit and it work , i used usb network adapter that work on 10mbit mode it work , i try to connect to any 100 megabit or other port it wont work . DHCP and all settings is ok , i don't know if anyone already got this kind of problem
