the instructions i posted work with all connections possible
as per your pic
ethernet = the gray wire (i'll guess you use this unless you are using magic)
usb = blue wire (that you dont have)
max232 = not shown (that you dont have)
i has blue cable Smile
it's one pack with the modem
so what next ?
