Looks like 39 diag...Toast in S florida. 50 bucks says his log reads "noncritical field invalid in response"

illegal set op failed...clone detection no cvc date..

or..

maybe the coax is just disconnected because I know those Miami CL guys have the secret fix and their modems work forever!!
