Well, in my experience so far the NT is the way to go. Blackcat is pretty hit and miss as far as I have seen. I understand that Haxorware made this hobby available to those who otherwise never would have even tried this due to Rajko's point/click GUI, but it is now going back to those who do not need one. Hax is actually a detriment in some areas now so you need to use telnet. Blackcat is easy to use but it is not anywhere near as useful as the NT and usbdm will pretty much do whatever it takes to test a piece of hardware and add support for it at usbjtsg.com. The old usbjtag was great, too. I have all 3 and my first choice is always the NT unless it's a really stubborn brick and then I usually resort the good old pjtag and tom's utility.
