you can't poke a dpc3000 it's not a jtag it's spi.

Ok, so its only jtag if it has a traditional 8-12 pin header, and spi for 16.. alright, well wtf do I do now?

remove the chip (or even replace it, a blank chip is only a few bucks so thats what i would do)
