No, nothing to do with a duplicate MAC..Seems to be 1.) T-4 timeouts must be un-checked to ignore. Dont ignore any "T" timeouts

Your were denied the DHCP IP. And were removed from the IP Lease..This was done at the HAL layer..

Something was written, or was tried to be written. Do you have disabled firmware updates? Thats the issue , along with those other 2...Let the CM take the update, then re-flash haxorware..

Below is the Firmware update pending a re-boot, which never is written ..Thus the re-boot cycle as it tries to write and then re-boots, only to be denied
