Anyone here also doing BGA chips reballing or reflowing?

I will not attempt it, to do it correctly you need
expensive equipment. I remember during the Direct tv
and Dishnet days, there were a few guys doing it.
But, they would charge you a couple of hundred bucks,
they had to get their money back from buying the
correct equipment.
