Tiny ISP's sometimes have a much tighter security, so if the mac isn't on the list you get nothing. You said you used the provisioned mac on the hax modem did you get perm auth or is it just ranging without locking on a channel? Haxorware diag will do that in some areas here...never lock just range because the ISP's can see it during the initial handshake and boot it immediately
