I dont think you will ever see 38 mb/s on your network..more like 33-35 is the max..

38 is in a lab with no other CM's bursting for traffic..

the aggregate for your CMTS will be shared/dispersed among other CM's

This was just done on an SB5101..

If I do this @ 3am, then I would see 1.5 mb/s higher on US and DS



And this is a DPC3000 with full DS bonding and 2 US bonded channels
