mac files?

The Mac you are using isn't going to let you get a faster Config File, thats why you need to find a new one so that when you use it it downloads a different config file and that will change your internet speed... If you need to find a MAC you may need to find one that isn't around you so.. yeah.. also what ISP are you on because some have more security than others and you may be able to just force a config....
