difference btween P7 and BIN ?

I have been searching for a stock SB5101 bin . Not much luck on that , but I did manage to find a P7 dump though.
The size difference 2048 kb( bin ) vs 787 to 887 kb (P7).
Could I convert the P7 to a BIN file or just flash the P7 file to a particular address, an if so what would that address location be ?

I am a dangerous newbie that has broken more things in my life than fixed.

SBH has tons of them...they are not hard to find. I do not know any testers who do not hoard them mercilessly...
