3 Lights No internet
#1
I have 2 haxorware premade modems. motoroalla sb501

1 is linked up upstairs and works fine.

Second one i use downstairs(torrent download pc), and it worked fine for few months, but recently one light died and 2 lights are glowing and 1 flashing and last one is not lit at all. at at the moment i have no internet on it.

I tried changing HFC MAC address. Rebooting, Reconnecting cables, simply waiting, bringing and hooking up the "non working" modem upstairs, still did not work.

I dont know what seems to be the problem. One modem is working, and other one is not.

Anyone have any idea on what I should do to fix it.

Maybe post a Telnet log, as what you have explained could be 10 things...

Again, POST a TELNET log

there is no command, a telnet log is just a copy of the telnet output while your modem is booting
