i am new to the modem thing and dont know much as this was set up by someone else...but for a week i cannot get connected..below is the event log ..if someone can help me it has to be in details as like i said i dont know much here..thanks to all..

it tells you it's an isp issue and not a haxorware issue

but at a guess (not knowing your isp)
it's a cert/new security issue

Drew thanks for all the help ..Checked the last reply and the page but still unable to find the exact thing to fix the issue...sorry if i am sounding this way as i am a newbie and this is my first time getting this thing around..it was always changing the mac by 2 - 3 digits and it worked but this time around its kinda different and i am dabbling into this for the first time...thanks for understanding..
