What's up people.

Can anyone recommend a good unlocking IMEI company? I tried using https://iphoneimei.net/ but my credit card denied them the payment. The credit card company gave me a fraud alert. Has anyone successfully use this type of service?
Background story: I have an AT&T iphone and half the time the phone works at home. I want to go with a Verizon mnvo instead.

i generally just use ebay for my unlocking needs, never an iphone tho

Thanks. I see now that I could have gotten a better deal on ebay but unfortunately my phone's IMEI status says "Under contract". Thanks DrewMerc for the tip.
