hi all, ive just had one of these kits brought me, does anybody no what these can do? ive done a bit of research but my my main question can these read and write to flash chips? it does say it can read and write to eeproms but cant find anything on reading/writing to flash, can somebody help? or is there another piece of hardware I can add to it seeing that it has a 40pin gpio on mb?

yes mate, mine as about 30,000 old school games,kodi and much more loaded on it and runs fine, well worth the money
