Anyone have the xml file for the sb6183 that can share? I know sbh have but I can not download anything from that site. Got a sb6183 and wanted to play with it.

It is a BGA package. You're likely going to have to desolder the chip to access it.

Since I found the pinout there is no need to desolder, otherwise yes, to trace the pinout.

The soldering is small, so I have to be very carefull, you could brake the modem easily.
