can some one help me please, how do i get the settings for fastcert for my area, i don't want the answer but sure would like some links were i can read about it or a little guidance please.

Find your HFC modem IP Range.

Find your HFC Private String.

Port should be set at 161 and SNMP Filters should be set to off.

If that does't work there is not much you can do. You would have to be on a different private range where your access isn't restricted. That will vary on every ISP.
