Can Someone please point me in the right place to fix this problem ive been trying just about everything i can find and nothing so far.

Also known as a perm failure...your certificates do not match the HFC MAC you submitted..

Change the HFC MAC back to the original that it camr with...let it sit in the stream...

Check to see what Mac your certs expect you to have, and change your Mac to that. Simple
