How do I go about DL'n a new config file from TWC RR

I Currently am a paying costumer first of all. I also have a spare hacked modem that recently was shot down. How do i retrive a new config file off from my provisional modem for my spare one. I don't know much about dynamic config file names if they're too long with ?Be..... with no file extension. So how do I retrieve it from tftp appp?

Ok so my option for now would be to just stick around them free DNS Servers to keep that little bad boy from collecting dust, & keep it operational.

Its More Like Highly Likely. Like this rolled up joint & all this post Im doing so far just substitude some FREE DNS SERVERS. e.g 8.8.8.8-8.8.4.4
