I made a 6120 soderless clip I now have a 6141 can I use on the 6141thanx in advance guys

one thing I need to know I think I got everything as it says I can use the 6120 pinout on my clip but can I use the wireone for isp to r036 like 6120 or it says I needa 3.3v what can I use to pin 2 ? can I just use wire 1 from the jtag to pin 2 ????????
