WebSTAR EPC2100 BCM3349 problem

I have tried to flash my modem
   
   
using this Parallel JTAG Schematics
   
   
and BlackCat http://www.badongo.com/file/4320311 unsuccessfully :/

First I made backup of current firmware, then I flashed modem with haxorware11rev39-LITE.bin using option write all
   
after modem stopped working. Then I tried to restore previous version of firmware, but without success again.
Maybe problem is in cable, witch length is 1m.

I would appreciate any help.

yes it's the length of the cable i keep my cables under 6"
