help Can't upload

Hi guys i have a Motorola 5101 and it was working fine but few days ago the modem doesn't upload, i put a working mac address but the online light blinks and never upload, i keep changing mac address but it doesn't work.
what do you guys recommend

Use/Find a provisioned MAC and Certs from and ajoining NODE and use that..

But, Unless you know some people, I hate to say your done.
