change a 32kb nonvol to 128kb nonvol?

wazz up every body I hacked a netgear cg814wg v2 cable modem to run haxorware but the original nonvol died a long time ago and I want to use a nonvol from an sb 5101 is there some way in the web shell I can make it accept a 32kb nonvol or is there a way to make a 32kb nonvol into a 128kb nonvol? I have tried every thing I could think of and I seem to be stuck. I hope some one can help or point me to an answer.
