Problem with my configuration file

In the last christmas my internet customer, change the configuration file of the conexion and my speed is slowly, this is the old hexadecimal code:



And this is the new configuration file:



My old speed was of 20MB my new speed is 1MB, I want my old speed, please help me I think that the problem is in the hexadecimal code change, Thk's for your help...

the second pic is not a config (looks like your nonvol)
and why are you opening configs in a hex editor (vulturware config editor works better)

anyways your problem could be as simple forcing a better config (if you can force on your network)
or as hard as having to get a mac with a better config
