Do you get to the ISP page? If not ,then you are in a closed node which means...even an ISP Tech has to call it in to activate it. Welcome to my world!

No. I do not even get the ISP page. I just get the yellow triangle and limited or no connectivity. So I take it that there is no way around this?

There are ways around everything, but this is a Public Forum, and anything posted would be fixed. Unless you know some DOCSIS TELNET commands, I would say your "limited connectivity'ed" for now...
