What ISP can see

I'm curious, if we use original firmware, then :
1. Can they see upload and download traffic from cable modem, maybe use snmp ?
2. Can they know our pc mac address just by scanning snmp on cable modem ?
3. Can Haxorware prevented Q1 an Q2 ?

Hi and the answers are:

1.- Yes, they can see ds us Mbit per day per modem or node.
2.- Yes, always appears nic mac associated with mac of the modem.
3.- No, depending of the configuration of the ISP and CMTS but No.
