3 Modems down for a week

3 Modems I got from someone I've been dealing with for awhile have gone down...its been a week and a day

The one at my house came back for about 6 hours and went down

Another at my sister's came back up yesterday and is still up 

The third is not up yet

San Fernando Valley area

My contact has pretty much vanished and my people are pissed even though I told them the risks lol

Arris modems are about maybe a month old  

Anyone out there can help?

What’s the best way to make it last long having the same problem before they would last me 1-2 years now they only lasting 1-2weeks
